This roomy shopper bag is a practical make, combining structure with style. It has cut-out handles and wide straps for more strength. Large, pleated side pockets add extra storage on the outside, and there are two smaller pockets inside to help keep things organised. A handy everyday bag for shopping or day trips.

You’ll need:
1 metre outer fabric (112cm wide)
1 metre lining fabric (112cm wide)
36” x 19 fleece or wadding (batting)
50″ of 2″ wide webbing
35″ of binding

This pattern is designed to be cut directly from your fabric using provided measurements, with no full pattern pieces required.

All main components are based on rectangular shapes, making it straightforward to mark and cut accurately using a ruler or rotary cutter.

The only pattern piece included is for the oval cut-out handle.
