This way of piecing fabrics needs no paper! The interfacing stays on the back of the fabric, making it a simple way of creating beautiful, accurately pieced designs.
The outer seam allowance is included on the panel.
There are four designs on your panel, which are designed to make drawstring bags, but you could use them to make placemats and table runner if you wish! Simply leave off the top part of the blocks and add a border.
