Physical Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please get in touch as soon as possible. Email us at enquiries@debbieshoresewing.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible
Downloadable Products
Please note that we do not offer refunds on digital downloads, including PDF patterns, templates, or printables. Once the files have been sent or downloaded, the sale is final.

Half Yard Sewing Club subscriptions
If you find that you have made a genuine mistake in ordering a subscription or subscriptions, we are under no legal obligation to offer you a refund (Consumer Rights Acts, 2015). But under certain conditions we’ll consider offering a refund because we’re really rather lovely people – do contact us on info@halfyardsewingclub.com.
If you do consider that the subscription you’ve bought is in some way faulty, has been misrepresented or inaccurately described on our website prior to purchase, then please contact us on info@halfyardsewingclub.com with details of your complaint. Debbie Shore Sewing will take all such issues seriously and take action to rectify your problem quickly.
